Shipping & Returns
Domestic shipping
Free shipping on all domestic orders over $500. Orders below that ship at flat-rate carrier cost — calculated at checkout.
Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. You’ll receive tracking information by email as soon as the label is generated.
Cold-chain compounds ship with insulation and gel packs where stability requires it.
International shipping
We ship internationally to a limited list of destinations. Import laws governing research chemicals vary by country, and it is the buyer’s responsibility to confirm that the compounds they order may be lawfully imported into their jurisdiction. Customs duties and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
Returns & refunds
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened vials. If a product arrives damaged, mislabeled, or incorrect, contact us at info@rewerksolutions.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will replace the affected items or issue a refund.
Lost or delayed shipments
If tracking shows your shipment hasn’t moved for more than 5 business days, email us and we’ll open a carrier trace. We will replace shipments confirmed lost in transit at no additional cost.
Storage on arrival
Most lyophilized peptides are stable at room temperature for short periods after delivery but should be transferred to refrigerator (2–8°C) or freezer (−20°C) storage as soon as practical. Specific storage guidance is included with each shipment and on the COA.
